Disclaimer for Laser Engraving

All custom engraved products are non-refundable. Expect 1-3 additional business days of processing time for your laser engraved product.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all of the following conditions are met for their laser engraving:

The laser engraving text must be in ENGLISH ONLY.

No special characters (no emoticons, emojis, non-English language alphabets, etc.).

No profanity/slurs/offensive language. This will be at our discretion.

Your cart information/value is correct (laser engraving fee is included in the order).

If any of these conditions are not met, Squid Industries will send the customer a non-engraved product without the custom laser engraving charge. The non-engraved product is eligible for returns/refunds and the customer is solely responsible for the shipping costs to return it.
