Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are for products that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included (never flipped, tuned, etc.). Refunds in the original form of payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee may increase or your item may be rejected if we find the conditions of the returned item past acceptable or the return may be rejected entirely. Refunds in store credit will not incur a restocking fee. The store credit option will be denied if we find the product does not meet acceptable conditions and we will proceed with the original form of payment with the appropriate restock fee.  Refunds do not include the shipping fee. You must request and receive a RMA number from us before returning your item. Returns must be received within 14 days after your return request is approved. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged. Calamari Clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for returns.
  2. Products returned in used condition will not be processed and will be donated or disposed of.
  3. Lost or stolen products do not qualify for refunds or replacements. 
  4. Items with manufacturer defects qualify for an exchange or full refund in store credit up to 14 days after delivery. We do not otherwise offer exchanges. You must receive a RMA number from us before exchanging your item. If you do not ship out the exchange within 1 week of receiving your RMA number, we will not process your exchange.
  5. Please note that if the above conditions are not met, Squid Industries reserves the right to refuse return processing.
