- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are for products that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Squid Industries receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All Squid Industries merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return. The refund is subject to a 10% restocking fee and does not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping. You must request and receive a RMA number from us before returning your item. You have one week to ship your return package after your return request is approved. If you do not ship out the return package within 1 week of receiving your RMA number, we will not accept your return. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged. Calamari Clearance items do not qualify for returns.
- Lost or stolen products do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
- Items with manufacturer defects qualify for an exchange or full refund in store credit up to 14 days after delivery. We do not otherwise offer exchanges. You must receive a RMA number from us before exchanging your item. If you do not ship out the exchange within 1 week of receiving your RMA number, we will not process your exchange.
