Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are for products that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Refunds in original from of payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds in store credit do not incur a restocking fee. All refunds do not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping. You must request and receive a RMA number from us before returning your item. You have one week to ship your return package after your return request is approved. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. We are not liable if your return is lost, destroyed, or damaged. Calamari Clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for returns.
  2. Lost or stolen products do not qualify for refunds or replacements. 
  3. Items with manufacturer defects qualify for an exchange or full refund in store credit up to 14 days after delivery. We do not otherwise offer exchanges. You must receive a RMA number from us before exchanging your item. If you do not ship out the exchange within 1 week of receiving your RMA number, we will not process your exchange.
