Holiday Shipping 2023

As the holiday season brings increased activity, our small business, postal workers, and delivery services are facing more orders than usual. This will cause some delays in order processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time. Let's show kindness and support to our local businesses and postal workers as they work hard to make the holidays special for everyone. 

Please review the information below for holiday shipping deadlines. Once we pass the package to the shipping provider, the shipping process is out of our hands.

 

Holiday Deadlines for USPS within the United States (Except Alaska and Hawaii)
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Place order by December 15th, before 2 PM PST
  • Priority Mail: Place order by December 16th
  • Priority Express: Place order by December 18th, before 12 PM PST
Holiday Deadlines for USPS Alaska & Hawaii:
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Place order by December 15th,  before 2 PM PST
  • Priority for Alaska: Place order by December 17th
  • Priority for Hawaii: Place order by December 15th, before 2 PM PST
  • Priority Express for Alaska and Hawaii: Place order by December 19th, before 12 PM PST
Holiday Deadlines for US Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO):
  • Priority: Place order by December 14th,  before 2 PM PST
  • Priority Mail Express for Military Service: Place order by Dec 15th, before 2 PM PST
DHL - International Shipping
  • Place order by December 18th, before 2 PM PST
  • UPDATE: DHL workers are currently on strike which has caused a disruption to their shipping process and timelines. Please expect delays. 

For all orders:

Please note that it takes us 2-5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) to process your order before we ship it and you receive your tracking number in your email. Order processing time is NOT the same as estimated shipping time. Estimated shipping times apply after processing is completed.

The dates listed above are our suggested place order by dates for the best chance of being delivered before Christmas. However, we can not guarantee delivery date. We will try our best to process orders quickly on our end, but once we pass the packages to the shipping providers/services, the shipping process is out of our hands and we can not guarantee shipment. Orders placed after the dates listed above have a lower chance of being delivered by Christmas, but can possibly still make it depending on circumstances. We are not responsible if you place your order and it does not arrive by Christmas. Please plan ahead and familiarize yourself with the potential delivery delays before ordering.
