Mechanical Assembly Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our assembly team. This is an entry-level position and is a great opportunity for someone interested in hands-on manufacturing, mechanical assembly, and learning how knives are built.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to work instructions
  
• Use basic hand tools, power tools, and arbor presses to assemble, adjust, and install components.
  
• Measure, inspect, and clean parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
  
• Follow established assembly procedures and safety practices.
  
• Identify damaged, defective, or improperly assembled components and report issues to supervisors.
  
• Perform basic finishing and cleanup of components as needed.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• Package completed products for shipment.
  
• Assist other members of the manufacturing team with general production tasks.
  
• Operate manual equipment such as drill presses, vibratory tumblers, buffing machines, and belt grinders.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
