Blemished trainers are models that didn't pass our inspection process due to cosmetic imperfections but are guaranteed to flip just as well as our new products. Check out the Krake Raken V2.5 page for full details on its specifications. 

Blemished product sales are final (no returns accepted) but they do qualify for warranty (mechanical defects only). Please refer to the pictures for an example of a blemished model. Some of these blemished models may have varying handle versions. Blemished models come with a box and may come with the following, but not limited to:

• Light scratches
• Light dents
• Discolored or faded anodizing
• Inconsistent blade finish
• Inconsistent handle finish/ textures
• Mismatching colored handles
• Flawed or missing laser engraving

Each and every Squid Industries balisong is hand assembled and tested to ensure that each unit is an exceptional flipper. Balisongs come thread locked.

Description

The Krake Raken Trainer is built on the same handle platform as our best selling live blade—the Krake Raken. In this updated version, we implemented suggestions that we received from all of you in the community. The V2 features improvements to handle texturing, handle rounding, and a redesigned bushing system. You'll find the following premium features on our Krake Rake Trainer:

• High strength 7075 aluminum alloy channel handles in zen pin configuration
• 410 stainless steel trainer blade (hardened with cryogenic treatment)
• Mathematically calculated weight distribution for the ultimate balance
• Precision tuned bushing system
• Chamfered spine
• Deeper texturing and jimping on handles for more grip
• Rounded handles for strengthened durability
