Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19)

 

We are committed to serving our customers and community and will be following strict hygiene rules in the preparation of your orders.

Processes affected by Covid-19:

  • Smaller weekly drops: We are not operating at full capacity and can not produce as many trainers as we would like. 
  • Orders will now be processed in 2-5 business days and may experience longer shipping times than the ones listed at checkout. Shipping times start after your order is processed. For more details of shipping service delays, click here. 
  • International shipping will experience shipping delays. For more details of shipping service delays, click here. 
  • We will not be able to issue shipping refunds for delayed shipping. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order before it ships.
  • Warranties and returns will take up to 5 business days to complete/ process.
  • Financial institutions have notified us that refunds will take up to 10 business days to process.

Will you still have weekly drops?

Yes, we will still have our weekly Wednesday drops at 11 AM PST. These drops will be smaller sized drops because we can not operate at full capacity. 

Are there shipping delays?

Yes, orders now take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Shipping time starts after and order has been shipped.

USPS First Class: 7-10 business days
USPS Priority: 5-7 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: Discontinued for the time being

International Shipping
The COVID-19 pandemic has cause major delays in transportation. For more details of shipping service delays, click here. 


USPS First Class International to Canada: 4-7 business weeks
USPS First Class to Japan: 4-7 business weeks
USPS First Class to Rest of the World: 3-4 business months
DHL Express: 5-7 business days

Is there a shipping surcharge?
DHL Express has increased their shipping prices for Covid-19.

Why does my tracking status been stuck at the same place?
There are many delays due to Covid-19. USPS and international post offices have stated they will hold packages until they have the capacity to transport them.
